Not worthy of the rating we saw online.

We came without reservation on a Tuesday night, and the server said that the (almost empty) courtyard was fully booked and put us in a separate section divided from the rest of the restaurant.

We left two hours later, and the courtyard tables remained empty except for one of the tables. When we asked the server .. he insisted that the tables were booked and could not accommodate by putting two table stogether.

We tried to enjoy it, and order drinks that came with very little alcohol. The food was fine enough.. expensive bar food. Nothing to write home about.

Sadly, the arrogance of the server made this a place of no return. He offered one of us a vodka said “that will make you forget” which was...

Thanks to Cedric who is the new barman here and who made us very welcome though the place was practically empty. We asked him to prepare one gin and one rum cocktail and gave him creative freedom as only a few classic drinks were on the menu. We weren't disappointed: we particularly liked the rum one which was milk-based like a prohibition drink, disguised as a cappuccino. Les Passerelles is a very cool bar with a stunning garden terrace inside Hôtel Parister near Grands Boulevards offering a calm experience in the middle of Paris.
