Came in for takeaway shawarma wraps but it was definitely not to the standard and authenticity we are used to. The meat was not freshly cut off the spit as we would normally get, and you could taste and feel it. The chicken was dry and chewy so I'm not sure how long it had been sitting there at the counter. I think it was microwaved before going into our wrap, so it got further overcooked through this process. In addition, the wrap was quite small and not very filling, so overall very disappointing.
Edit: in response to the owner's scathing response, the purpose of Google reviews is to give your honest opinion of your experience to help guide others in choosing where to spend their money, it has nothing to do with "moving up in rank". I do not earn any money doing Google reviews so I would have no reason to lie. I also love garlic so I have no idea what they are talking about. I'm sorry, I do understand that critical feedback is difficult to accept, but this was my honest opinion and in fair comparison against similar price and...

Response to owner: I have visited your establishment one time, and unfortunately my review was a true representation of my experience. If you had taken the trouble to look at my many other Google reviews, you would see that they are generally constructive and never malicious. If you had also made the same effort to respond to me personally when I complained about the tough meat (instead of just shrugging your shoulders), your review may well have...

We ordered the Mezze for 4 and we had a variety of dishes including chicken, meat and vegetarian food and everything was delicious! The taboulĂ© was so fresh and the sambousek so crispy đ For the desert I recommend the mouhalabieh which is very light and flavorful :) The host is very generous and welcoming! The diner was...
