I think I've officially lost count, but my wife and I must have visited La Sagerie at least fifteen times now—it's almost like our second home, a cozy spot just around the corner where we indulge in some seriously good, and yes, gluten-free, fast healthy food / restaurant magic. Mo, the owner (not just a manager, but the heart and soul of the place), is a Lebanese former movie producer turned Parisian businessman. Along with his wife, he's transformed his zest for life into creating sandwiches that are nothing short of brilliant.
Over the past months, my wife and I have probably tried every sandwich on the menu. Mo is incredible; he always goes out of his way to make us feel right at home, often treating us to little extras, whether it’s a starter or a dessert. It's places like this that make you want to keep coming back—there simply aren’t enough spots like this in Paris.
Everything they serve is super fresh, high quality, and made right before your eyes, without a long wait—we’re talking 5 to 7 minutes, tops. The staff is always smiling, adding to the overall warmth of the experience.

Read moreI recently visited La Sajerie, the food itself was delightful with fresh flavors and perfect for someone with dietary restrictions (gluten free). The wrap with eggplant and red bell pepper tapenade in particular, was light and flavorful.
However, my overall experience was soured by a disappointing interaction regarding a small request. I asked to replace the hummus with garlic sauce in my falafel wrap , as that is my personal preference. Rather than accommodating my choice as the customer, the staff insisted that the change would negatively impact the taste. While I appreciate culinary expertise, I also believe that customers should gave the right to customize their meals to suit their preferences. Eventually, they did give me the garlic sauce—but separately, outside the wrap. This felt more like a point of ego than genuine concern for the taste.
While the food was undeniably good, I believe that a good meal is about more than just taste—it’s about how the customer is...
Read moreWhat an amazing gem! My family and I were in Paris for 24 hours and we ate at Le Sajerie twice, that’s how delicious it was. We tried the Poulet Toum, Poulet Hummus, Boeuf Aux Epices, Kefta Halloumi along with Artichaut et Pistache Salad and more! As a celiac with a dairy allergy, it is so incredible to find gluten free food I can safely eat that is also incredibly flavorful and made with thoughtful ingredients. My non celiac husband also loved his Saj. Fresh, bright, authentic and served by wonderful people with a passion for good food. I can’t wait to come...
