I recently went to eat at this Lebanese restaurant and I have to say I was absolutely delighted by my experience. First of all, the ambiance was really charming and authentic, with elegant decor and dim lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Then, the food was simply amazing - I tried several mezze, as well as their grilled dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, spicy, and really authentic, and every dish was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was also exceptional - the staff was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they really made sure that I had a memorable experience. I had the chance to try this amazing lebanese restaurant in Paris while I was on vacation in March 2025. We were overwhelmed by the welcoming and hospitality that we had from the lovely owner Josef, amazing Chef and sweetest staff. I must say, the food was more than great! It even beats top notch restaurants in Lebanon! For me, the hummus was 20/10, the hummus beiruti was even tastier! Everything and I really mean everything was delicious! You would feel as if you were transported to Lebanon and are no longer in Paris from the moment you walk in till the end! I must say that not only the food was delicious, but the atmosphere, the cleaniness and the generosity were spot on. English below C'est peut-être le pire service client que j'aie jamais connu.

J'ai commandé la Formule Josef, qui comprend 4 sauces, 3 entrées et 2 brochettes. Après avoir commandé et attendu, nous n'avons jamais reçu notre plat principal : les brochettes. Nous avons donc décidé de l'emporter.

Nous avons commandé un dessert et, après 45 minutes d'attente supplémentaires, nous avons demandé l'addition. On nous a dit que les brochettes étaient encore en train de cuire. À ce moment-là, nous avons passé commande environ 90 minutes à l'avance.

N'ayant pas reçu le plat, on nous a facturé 60 € pour un autre combo (au lieu de 80 €). Or, ces 60 € comprenaient une sauce et une entrée supplémentaires. On nous a d'abord dit que nous serions facturés uniquement pour ce que nous avions mangé sur le menu, soit environ 15 € de moins.

J'en ai parlé à la serveuse, qui m'a renvoyé. J'ai demandé à parler au gérant, qui m'a répondu : « Il est occupé ».

Au mieux, notre serveuse était tout simplement une idiote et impolie. Au pire, ce sont des voleurs. Globalement, le service était médiocre et nous n'avons jamais reçu notre nourriture! Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered the Formula Josef which comes with 4 dips, 3 appetizers and 2 brochettes. After ordering and waiting and waiting, we never received our main course - the brochettes. So we decided to just take it to go.

We ordered dessert and after waiting another 45 minutes we asked for the check. We were told the brochettes were still cooking. At this point, we put in our order about 90 minutes prior.

So after not receiving the food, we were charged 60€ for another combo (instead of 80€). However, this 60€ included an extra dip and an extra appetizer. We were initially told we would just be charged for what we ate off the menu which would have been about 15€ less.

I brought this up to the waitress who dismissed me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "he is busy".
