ROOKIES-Bubble tea & Fluffy Pancake — Restaurant in Paris

I recently visited a bubble tea place in Paris that has some standout features. To start, I tried the fluffy pancakes, which were absolutely delicious—definitely a 10 out of 10 with their pudding-like texture inside. My friend ordered the matcha, and I had a chance to taste it as well. The tapioca was delightfully chewy, and the matcha flavor met my expectations.

I also ordered the mango fruit tea, and while it was generously filled with ice and fruit slices, which made it visually appealing, it was a bit overwhelming. I struggled to fully enjoy the popping boba because the drink felt more like 75% ice and fruit rather than a balanced beverage.

One point for improvement would be the restroom facilities. I noticed that after the employee cleaned the restroom, the toilet paper dispenser was not refilled, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, my friend had mentioned this beforehand, so we were able to manage until we got home.

Rookies is a gem for fluffy pancakes and boba! The matcha souffle pancake was spot-on—light, not too eggy, and the matcha cream wasn’t overly sweet. Plus, they let me add red beans on the side, which was a nice touch.

The strawberry matcha drink? Total game changer. It had real strawberry chunks without that overly sweet jam flavor. The matcha is light—not super bold, but great for those who prefer a milder taste.

Aujourd’hui nous nous sommes laissées tenter par cette nouvelle adresse. Nous avons donc prit un pancake soufflé chacune et qu’une boisson chacune également. Mon amie a prit un pancake oréo qu’elle note 7/10 notamment à cause du prix (8€) bien que très bon. Le miens, à la mangue prendra la même note. Pour en avoir mangé dans d’autres enseignes alors que c’était moins connu, je fais le comparatif et c’était moins cher pour plus grosse quantité. C’est bon, en effet, mais ca ne vaut pas du tout ce prix.

Niveau boisson, elle a prit un « MIX FRUIT » à 6€50 les 700ml +0.50€ le topping perle de tapioca. Et non, ce n’est pas comprit dedans. Les glaçons prenant évidemment toute la place dans la boisson, elle lui mettra quand meme la note de 7/10 parce que frais, fruits semblant frais et vraiment bon. Pour ma part j’ai pris un thé lait mangue au même prix alors que 500ml, donc plus petit. J’ai tout de même beaucoup apprécié cette boisson. On en a eu pour plus de 30€ le goûter et je trouve ca vraiment excessif. Nous ne reviendrons plus. Nous avons consommé sur place, il y a en effet plusieurs tables où se poser, néanmoins avec le monde qui attend, on se sent oppressé et on nous pousse meme à partir au bout d’un certain temps, (à peine une demie heure pour nous) très bonne ambiance néanmoins, déco sympa, propre etc. (Bonus pour la petite douchette dans le Toilettes) Je conçois que ca soit vraiment bon et les fruits frais etc, mais ca ne vaut pas cette « hype » Belle journée à...
