SONNYBOY — Restaurant in Paris

For Paris this is a 5, worldwide it may be a 4 but for good reason.

I had the buffalo sriracha which were very lightly battered and have a great buffalo taste but maybe lack a little spice. Generally in Paris I've found most wings are either too battered or lack good buffalo sauce with a good lip tingle. Quite rightly I think this is due to the specific palate the French have as generally speaking I would say they do not love spice as much as perhaps the US or UK). That said I'm a big wing fan, having tried them in most southern states of the US and my go to sauce is orange buffalo's (London) woof woof sauce which is a lot spicier than standard buffalo.

Overall, for anyone wanting an american style buffalo wing I would definitely give this...

The burger itself was ok but the bread was more like a brioche bread, thus too sweet in my opinion. The meat was too salty. The fries were good but ruined by the excessive amount of salt they put in it. I ask if the hibiscus soda wasn’t too sweet, the staff said to me it’s not. When I drank it it felt very very sweet and not good, after checking the indicators on the can I realized there was as much sugar as in a Coca Cola can (or even slightly more). The burger had the right balance of ingredients and had a really nice light brioche bun. The flavours were fantastic and I highly recommend. Also tried the house fries which were really nicely fried and salted and the tenders. The tenders were really nice, I tend to like more crunch, but I wasn’t disappointed.
