For Paris this is a 5, worldwide it may be a 4 but for good reason.
I had the buffalo sriracha which were very lightly battered and have a great buffalo taste but maybe lack a little spice. Generally in Paris I've found most wings are either too battered or lack good buffalo sauce with a good lip tingle. Quite rightly I think this is due to the specific palate the French have as generally speaking I would say they do not love spice as much as perhaps the US or UK). That said I'm a big wing fan, having tried them in most southern states of the US and my go to sauce is orange buffalo's (London) woof woof sauce which is a lot spicier than standard buffalo.
Overall, for anyone wanting an american style buffalo wing I would definitely give this...
