I ordered the shoyu, but with pork chashu instead of chicken breast. They were nice enough to accept the command. The pork chashu is sliced very thin but you get three slices, and it's pretty good. The ajitama is ok. The menma is disappointing as is most menma in France. The spinach didn't add much to the bowl. The noodles seem to be sourced from the same supplier as one of my favorite shops which is quite funny.

Now the important part: the soup. The shoyu ramen is a chicken stock with shoyu tare. The chicken stock severely lacked a chickeny punch. It also had a pretty strong taste of ginger, which is fine, but it really masked the other flavors. There was a noticeably sour flavor, probably from the ginger. It lacked salt (like most ramen in Paris) and there was no aroma oil, or at least not enough to make a difference (again, like most ramen in Paris; are people that afraid of salt and fat? it's ramen, it's not supposed to be healthy...). There was also too much soup in the bowl which is funny: I'm pretty sure that by using less ginger, less water, and adding less broth per bowl, the result would be better for no additional cost.

Overall, the bowl wasn't bad, but it also wasn't good. I do not recommend this place, there are better options in Paris.

Oh, also, the gyoza is...

Nothing overly bad about the food, but flavorless and a disappointment. Had the Niku Ramen and the Karaage. The ramen broth was lifeless and so full of MSG I was having vertigo before I finished half the bowl. No options for spicing up the ramen besides the industrial chili oil on the table.

The Karaage was fine, but had a panko crust (???), and was a bit dry. There has to be better ramen offerings in Paris than this, but I'm a bit skeptical after seeing the high ratings...

To be honest, it’s not authentic ramen place. It was the worst ramen I’ve ever had. Hope you’ll find Japanese authentic one from other places in Paris for sure. Fried chicken wasn’t too bad and kyoza was so so (you can taste frozen kyoza) Niku ramen was the worst one. The pork inside the ramen smelled so disgusting that I couldn’t eat at all. Even worse, there was a fly in restaurant keeps disturbing our dinner. This will be our first and...

Super delicious and authentic! We’ve been hitting a ramen place every week for the past couple months and this is by far one of our favorites. Being Japanese I really crave ramen and get excited when I am able to find a good one! The karaage isn’t as authentic/what I’m used to, and, sadly, they didn’t have actually okay au sauce. But gyoza and ramen and the way the chicken is made is very good :)
