Some good, some bad.

First of all, the reservation process is quite restrictive: 20 euros of reservation per person kept if you cancel your reservation after 24h prior to the due time seems like a huge amount. I could understand it if the place was packed - but that was definitely not the case.

Secondly, the team is very nice, but our waiter made many mistakes: we had to repeat all of our orders I think 4 or 5 times? The spicy courses are not labeled as such, which doesn't help because the dishes we ordered non-spicy still arrived spicy. The food itself was pretty good. The quesadilla and the fruit pancakes were great, and the homemade lemonade and iced tea are both very excellent. Negative points: the muffin didn't really feel fresh, the waffle felt reheated and I'm pretty sure the "floral drink" was actually grenadine syrup. For a 26€ brunch (main course + dessert + hot & cold drinks) however, that's still a pretty decent QPR. The team was still very pleasant and I can understand and excuse the mistakes to our waiter still being learning (probably? I'm assuming here), but there were really many confusions, and it definitely affected our experience.

We went for the Brunch formula (Savoury dish + dessert + 1 hot and 1 cold drink) 👍Huevos Rancheros was good, served in a tortilla bowl 👍The floral infusion was good (hibiscus and very refreshing) 👎The desserts were served at the same time as the savoury dish and our pain perdu was therefore stone cold by the time we got to it, ice cream on top totally melted and it was very heavy on the stomach - I wouldn’t recommend 👎 The chai latte was too milky and you couldn’t really taste the spices. 👎We felt rushed to order and rushed to pay and leave once we’d finished. 👍Food was served very quick Overall it was a good brunch, well presented in a venue with beautiful décor, but I just didn’t like how they served the dishes all at the same time and the sweet dishes seem to be an afterthought. Would be much better to serve the sweet dish hot and fresh (unless it’s something cold like a smoothie bowl) as it looks like we’re about to finish our main though seeing other reviews saying the same thing from over a year ago it seems like they’re not taking...

I came here by myself to have brunch and unfortunately you have to order the formule which is a bit much for 1 person. To be completely honest… i was disappointed. The food is presented SO beautifully but the taste was not up to par. I’m shocked at how highly rated this place is. The huevos rancheros was bland and the scrambled eggs were overcooked. Reminded me of airplane eggs. There was like one drop of pico de gallo and one drop of salsa. But the crunchy tortilla bowl was yummy. The french toast was dry and the ice cream on top reminded me of really cheap tub ice cream you get at the supermarket… like those extremely sweet and a bit too airy like no substance ones. Can’t describe it but IYKYK. A lot of people got pancakes but i saw lots of leftover plates so chose not to get it. The best part of brunch was the homemade ice tea. Absolutely amazing!!!! Tried to finish as much as i could cuz i hate wasting food (and really didn’t want to pack a doggybag of below mediocre food) won’t be going...
