Ho scoperto questa pizzeria nel cuore di Parigi con un paio di amici. Solitamente sono restia a mangiare la pizza all'estero, ma stavolta non sono rimasta delusa! L'impasto era quello tipico della pizza napoletana - che mi ricorda tanto casa – leggero e morbido. Il condimento era generoso e di ottima qualità, ho apprezzato l’abbondanza di mozzarella. L’abbinamento di alcuni ingredienti è molto originale, forse troppo per dei puristi della pizza, ma mi è piaciuto quello che ho scelto : pollo, pesto e pomodorini. Il personale è molto gentile e il prezzo è corretto. Ho preso anche uno spritz, che però mi ha soddisfatta un po’ di meno. Tornerò per provare le altre pizze!

Per chiudere la serata ho ordinato un tiramisù, ben preparato anche se a me piace più denso e meno liquido. Il servizio è molto simpatico e accogliente. Il pizzaiolo prepara la pizza a vista, proprio come a Napoli. Ci voglio tornare.

Very friendly pizzeria in a great Bastille neighborhood. I loved the dough, nice and springy. Very fresh ingredients, especially the basil. I had ordered the quattro frommagi which was very good but was more like a white pizza. Would have loved a zesty tomato base sauce. Service...
