Very disappointing – not recommended!

Terrible experience from the start. We arrived at 5:30 PM, waiting until 6:00 PM based on the official opening hours on Google (which clearly state 6:00 PM). However, one waitress claimed they opened at 2:00 PM — if that’s true, why did nobody come to greet or serve us for 30 minutes?

Worse, online reservations were only available from 6:00 PM, which confirms the real opening time. If they really open earlier, they should update their Google hours and train the staff accordingly.

Inside, the place was dirty: strong cheese smell, messy tables, and a filthy floor. There’s also a cat walking freely in the restaurant — is that even hygienic?

When I tried to pet it, the blonde waitress snapped at me with zero politeness. Meanwhile, the younger waitress with glasses ignored us completely, even though she served water to people who arrived after us.

We had a reservation, but we left without eating. The atmosphere was cold, the staff unfriendly, and the whole experience unwelcoming.

Advice to the owners: You should seriously consider firing both waitresses. In 35 years of dining across Europe and the world, I’ve rarely seen such unprofessional and rude behavior. They are harming your business and your reputation.

Version française Expérience catastrophique – à éviter

Accueil déplorable dès le début. Nous sommes arrivés à 17h30 et avons attendu jusqu’à 18h00, selon les horaires officiels indiqués sur Google. Pourtant, une serveuse a affirmé que le restaurant ouvrait à 14h… Si c’était vrai, pourquoi personne n’est venu nous accueillir ou nous servir pendant 30 minutes ?

En plus, les réservations en ligne n’étaient possibles qu’à partir de 18h, ce qui confirme que l’ouverture officielle est bien à cette heure-là. Il faudrait alors mettre à jour les horaires Google et mieux former le personnel.

À l’intérieur : odeur forte de fromage, saleté visible sur les tables et au sol. Et surtout : un chat se promène librement dans le restaurant – est-ce vraiment conforme aux règles d’hygiène ?

Quand j’ai essayé de le caresser, la serveuse blonde m’a parlé de façon sèche et agressive. L’autre serveuse, plus jeune avec des lunettes, nous a complètement ignorés, alors qu’elle servait de l’eau à des clients arrivés après nous.

Malgré notre réservation, nous avons quitté le restaurant sans manger. Ambiance glaciale, personnel impoli, service inexistant.

Conseil aux responsables : Virez les deux serveuses sans hésiter. En 35 ans de restaurants en Europe et ailleurs, je n’ai jamais vu un personnel aussi incompétent et désagréable. Elles ruinent votre établissement.

Une seule visite, et...

It started well, but ended in a nightmare!! We were there for a friend's bday, we were 6. We had a good night but to be honest, the association of wine and cheese they offer, nobody really felt it went well together. Anyway, at the end of the night we asked the owner 3 times (3 of us did it without consulting each other) very politely if we could have a small cake or cupcake with a candle for a birthday. It was like 11.50 pm. After 2 "no", I thought to myself "excuse me? where is your sense of customer service and business a**hole" so I went and asked again politely, no understanding why someone would say no. The rude owner basically said : "listen I closed at midnight, so no I don't want to" :/ :/ :/ Honestly our bill was 200 euros! it's not like we drank a diet coke ! I will never go back and I advice you all to not go. He needs to learn what working in...

It was a very bad experience.. We arrived to the restaurant at 20.00 and succeeded to pass our order after 20 minutes..(only 3 tables in total)it was 20.50 still nothing on the table and another server was outside and asked if they forgot our order. She extremely did not care at all and not asked to her collegue. We said lets give us one hour if still 21 nothing we go away(nothing to cook only cheese and one cold beef plate). 20.55 I saw the first waiter and she admitted that she forgot completely our order. At 21.15 we had our cheese and wine. Still she brought wrong my husband’s wine and said she had to change.
