VIET PASSION — Restaurant in Paris

Chose the restaurant based on the Google reviews. Friendly welcome from the ladies working there. Food was tasty, but unfortunately lacking the details - a lot of noodles in the Bo Bun bowl, small amount of meat, same for cucumber and carrots. The food seemed to be heated with the microwave (I heard constant beeps from the kitchen). Nice ginger lemonade, but pricey for 6€. I paid 19,50€ for a glass of lemonade and a bo bun, you definitely get better Vietnamese food in Paris for this price. Ok if you are in the area, but not...

The owner is a really lovely and kind Vietnamese lady, she even printed herself on the menu for advertising, this is so cute! XD As she's working alone, it could be a bit long to prepare the food, you may have to be ready for a long waiting. The food is absolutely good!! She makes dishes from all fresh ingrediants, not something already half cooked and stored in the fridge, you can taste it is super fresh and real home made...

Our server, Yannick, might be the friendliest waiter in Paris. Supurb service with humor and attentiveness. The food was first rate. We are familiar with Pho and this was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is very clean, well decorated and conveniently located. And they have a very clean WC! That seems harder to find in local restaurants than one would think. Can't say enough good...
