I wrote a positive review two years ago and would like to add the experience I had today at specifically the RUE AMELOT location.

I’m truly sad to be writing this review because I’ve been a loyal customer at Wild & The Moon for the past four years, spending a significant amount of money here and always enjoying the food and atmosphere. However, after today’s experience, I won’t be returning to this location due to the current management. (Rue amelot)

I ordered my usual smoothie, which I’ve had countless times before, but it came out completely watery and warm. I politely asked the staff if they had forgotten the frozen banana, as the texture and temperature were completely off. The response I received was that the bananas weren’t frozen that day. Fair enough—but shouldn’t that have been mentioned beforehand, especially when charging 14 euros for a smoothie?

When I explained that the smoothie was undrinkable in its current state, I was offered an alternative but was told I’d have to pay again, as they would neither replace it for free nor offer a refund. The manager, who was the one handling the situation, made it clear that she didn’t feel any responsibility to inform customers when ingredients are changed or unavailable. Instead of offering a solution, she was dismissive, belittling, and made me feel like I was in the wrong for simply expecting the quality I’ve always received here.

As a long-time customer, I’m incredibly disappointed not only by the lack of customer service but also by the sheer disregard for my experience. It’s sad to say, but I won’t be coming back after...

Giving one star as 0 is not possible. As vegans we were looking forward to have breakfast here, as in Paris it’s not that easy to find plant based food. We got there at 10am and they had already sold out all the granola bowls. We ordered a porridge, a tea and an americano. The porridge was not a porridge, but a (good looking) cold sloppy mix of oats and cold milk with frozen berries (and they gave us forks to eat it with??). After 10 minutes of waiting they had not brought our americano over, whilst both the waiters were behind the counter one having a smoothie and one being on his personal phone. We went and politely reminded them of it. They had forgotten but did not apologise at all (so odd). They brought it to us without saying a word and just putting it on the table. The coffee was very bitter. Appalling service and low level food. No vegan pastries available (only cookies/cakes). Despite the cool music the atmosphere created by the baristas was cold and unfriendly. We definitely do not recommend this place, what a shame. It doesn’t help the vegan...

I loved this place! It has a great atmosphere and I love the concept behind the whole wild & the moon chain. Especially the made from whole ingredients, the health and no plastic factor are awesome and make me wish the chain would be at more places around the world! Definitely a highlight from my trip to Paris! The only thing that made it not suitable to go there often for me and my family was the higher price of the dishes. What I had was a Green Salad (loved the hemp seeds on top) and the Acai Cheesecake (I'm picky with desserts, I don't eat sugar or processed foods but this was incredible!). In my opinion the meals could've been a little cheaper though, (especially the Green Salad) because it's not a that big portion. On a different day I got the veggie crackers with guac (only made from veggies, seeds and spices! So awesome!), kale chips and...

A rare find in Paris, fully vegan restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wild & Moon is located close to Place Vendome in one of the nicest and most popular districts of Paris. It’s tucked in a corner and has inside and outside seating. The menu offers frozen açaí bowls, warm options, lattes and smoothies as well as salads, shots to go. The dessert case is also full of delicious desserts. We ordered the plat du jour which had lentils, veggies over rice and a pesto sauce as well as the glow bowl which had mango, banana, blueberries topped with granola. All looked fresh and was tasty. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because outside sitting is right next to JP Morgan’s offices and basically the employees come out to smoke right next to the seating area. But that’s part of the Paris “charm”

It's the first time that Iam so dissapointed with something. I was searching for many days a cafe with palnt-based milk. I drink my coffe with oat milk and it is not common apparently in Paris. Anyway, I found Wild & the moon. It seemed super nice and the atmosphere there is actually super nice. The staff is friendly , but probably not enough for the clients. Because we were waiting so long for a take away coffee. The coffee was super expensive , something like 6 euros and it was like soiled. The most disguisting coffee that I have ever drank. I dont know what went so wroooong. Not to mention that the paper straw was destroyed in seconds... Sorry to tell these guys, but I just threw 6 euros. It was worse than bad
