What could be a pleasant experience, and turn into a lovely patronage due to proximity to my sonâs school, turned into a really ugly experience. I feel bad for the person who worked hard on this business to only have it be ruined by the people hired to represent it. The horrible service all the other one star reviews talk about is unfortunately very true. The fourth time we came here in two days, my little baby was asleep in a heavy stroller, and I let my excited 4 year old try buying something for himself, as I stood 3 meters away, outside, guiding him. Being 4, he tried to go in front of one person, and leave without his change. The extremely annoyed shop assistant, told me, âhe went in front of âeverybodyââ to which I smilingly shared that he was trying his autonomy and asked her to be kind to him. She repeated âwell, except he passed in front of everybodyâ everybody being one young woman in an otherwise completely empty and quiet Monday afternoon. I smiled again and tried to share and implicate that we could be doing something fun and pleasant for a child. The pistachio entrement was waw, silky buttery ganach with orange blossom flavor and as if it was blended with real Arabic kashta ( clotted cream) reminded me of my hometown Lebanon, the pistachio praline had deep flavor. The pecan tart was another good choice so yummy and flavorful with toffee caramel in the middle. The super star was the Paris Brest, what a piece of yumminess!! Strong and deep hazelnut flavor toasted hazelnuts and crunchy praline, Yann Couvreur you nailed this one!! I loved that he crafted all his pieces with attention to details and notes of flavor the end results were mesmerizing and the flavors were homogenous and of a high end quality. I liked that the lady there gave us a notice to desserts that contained alcohol so we donât purchase. Les dĂ©buts furent pourtant prometteur avec cette incroyable tarte au citron avec insert yuzu, la meilleure de Paname ! Egalement la brioche vanille caramel un must !!! Mais hĂ©las ce sera tout, le magasin pourtant dĂ©cor bois est d'une froideur incroyable, tout comme l'accueil d'ailleurs. Le personnel passe plus de temps Ă s'occuper des commandes internet que de veiller sur les clients, on vous laisse patienter 10 min sans rien vous dire, avec que 3 personnes dans la boutique. Vraiment un sens du service dĂ©plorable. Un petit stage chez Mori yoshida ferait du bien ! Mais a mon humble avis le plus grave est que outre la petite taille des pĂątisseries et le prix qui lui ne cesse de grandir (constat gĂ©nĂ©ral sur Paris) vos pĂątisseries Monsieur Couvreur manquent cruellement de gourmandises. Un comble pour un dessert, il faut quand mĂȘme un minimum de sucre (sans doute un parti pris, mais faut pas pousser quand mĂȘme) cela m'a rappelĂ© la tarte Pistache d'Iran, fade, pas sucrĂ©e Ce soir vers 17h nous avons achetĂ© des tartes framboises Ă l'estragon. L'estragon je l'attends toujours, la pĂąte Ă©tait trĂšs Ă©paisse et la crĂšme minimaliste, ou est la gourmandise Monsieur Couvreur Ă part dans le prix !!! Alors c'est bien d'ĂȘtre prĂ©sent sur les rĂ©seaux sociaux mais cela ne fait pas tout, Ă mon humble avis vous devriez passer plus souvent dans vos pĂątisseries et rester Ă l'Ă©coute de vos clients.
