Walked by here and noticed their amazing looking sandwiches in the window. The soft bread was made in house which is great for sandwiches and not very common in Paris. I decided to go for the pastrami sandwich. For 8 euro, a little pricey but the cheese and veggies looked very fresh and well put together. The sandwich was toasted but the cheese didn’t melt which was a little strange. Pastrami is not very common in Paris but I do love Pastrami and have had a good Pastrami sandwich in Paris before at Frenchie to Go. The first few bites of this sandwich made me realize they have no idea of what Pastrami is or how to make it. The guy working here was really nice and helpful and told me they made the Pastrami in house. I think I chose the wrong sandwich here. There were other options like pulled pork, might have been better. I opened my sandwich and removed the Pastrami and it did not look or taste good or come close to what Pastrami is.
