Ordered two drinks. One from the standard collection and another from the âlimitedâ edition. The staff refuse to change sugar level in either one of them. The drink ended up too sweet. It is sweet to the point of been undrinkable. We ended up pouring to a new glass and splitting with water.
Update: you are nice when people are nice to you.
I bought the drink straight away after you assured it is ânot too sweetâ. Another minute later, my wife had doubts and kindly asked you to change the sugar level. And only then we had a lengthy discussion on why you cannot change it.
I can assure you I will never visit your place again, and I do not want others to do the same mistake.
P.S.: reading others people reviews, I can clearly see that I am not the first one to express the same opinion. It is too sweet. I like the brand, and wish your franchise branch...

Je me suis alors rendue Ă lâouverture le dimanche 27 avril de cette nouvelle adresse. Malheureusement lâorganisation Ă©tait dĂ©plorable.
Je suis arrivĂ©e Ă 8h et jâĂ©tais 45e dans la file. Malheureusement les tickets ont Ă©tĂ© distribuĂ©s seulement 20min avant lâouverture (11h40) et je me suis retrouvĂ©e Ă la 56e place! Beaucoup de gens ont doublĂ©s ce qui est lamentable. Je pense que cela aurait pu ĂȘtre Ă©vitĂ© si la queue avait Ă©tĂ© mieux organisĂ©e (ne serait-ce que de donner des tickets plus tĂŽt, ou dâencaisser dâabord les 100 premiers clients avec un ticket (car oui mĂȘme aprĂšs la distribution de tickets, ça doublait!)).
Jâai donc Ă©tĂ© servie Ă 14h20, soit 2h20 aprĂšs lâouverture. AprĂšs jâai conscience quâil y avait lâoffre un achetĂ© un offert donc chaque client avait au moins 2 boissons mais jâai trouvĂ© ça extrĂȘmement long đ.
Une de mes amies est elle aussi venue le jour de la grande ouverture mais Ă 19h10 et elle a Ă©tĂ© encaissĂ©e Ă 20h45, soit 15min avant la fermeture, et dâaprĂšs elle il y avait encore beaucoup de monde dans la queueâŠ
Fort heureusement les bubble tea Ă©taient excellents. Jâai eu la chance de repartir avec des cadeaux en plus de mes boissons donc je vous remercie sincĂšrement. Mais reviendrai quand il y aura moins...
