I recently had the pleasure of dining at Crabe Folie in Paris, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The restaurant truly excels in both taste and service, creating a perfect balance for an exceptional dining outing.

Nice place with an interesting vibe, but horrible service. We ordered using a digital tablet and it was a disaster. Table beside us who arrived later than we did got served ahead and was halfway done when we followed up our order… minutes later, the manager came to our table and admitted that our ticket did not come through. The place was only half full the entire time and the staff was walking back and forth our table several times and none even noticed or bothered with the fact that we had been there for so long without being served anything. Waited a total of an hour before getting any food, very little apology from the staff who seemed even annoyed that we complained (I guess this happens pretty often judging from the reviews). We had the WORST treatment ever in this unorganized restaurant. I booked a reservation 3 days ahead for 10 people in this establishment. When we arrived at the restaurant they said that we needed to wait for about more than 30 minutes even if we arrived on time. And they also said the same to the group who came after us even if they also made a reservation for almost the same time. Like what is the reservation for if they'll make you wait for an hour and accommodate other customers who arrive after us!!?? I was hoping the personnel could be a bit more polite in handling the situation but they look more pissed than us. Unbelievable!! Very unhelpful and unprofessional!!
