It's been about six weeks that I started taking one BarreShape course per week. To be honest, at the beginning I didn't think it'd be super hard. I've tried machine Pilates before and I workout at the gym very often so whatever they teach you here wouldn't be so challenging for me. Guess what, I really underestimated this !! The first course really crushed me and it keeps doing so until now.
Each class targets all the muscle groups with stretches in between. I really push myself to do exactly as the instructor, but if you can't it's also okay, you can take it at your own pace and strength. And it seems each class is limited to about 11~12 people so that's a plus. I've tried three different instructors and they are all awesome, always so energetic yet full of grace. I hope to be as graceful as the instructors one day!
The facility is top, always super clean and it's really helpful that you'd only need to bring a towel even if you want to take a shower. Everything is there from soap and shampoo to face cleansers and moisturizers. It could get somewhat crowded in the locker room but it doesn't last long and it's never been a trouble for me.
I've just signed up for another year here, I hope to see some improvement...

On bosse dur, on a mal, on se dĂ©passe, on rĂ©apprend Ă connaĂźtre son corps, on se surprend Ă se dĂ©couvrir soi-mĂȘme, on prend conscience dâune multitude de possibilitĂ©s afin de sculpter son corps avec un accent non nĂ©gligeable mit sur la grĂące, la sensualitĂ© quâon lui offre ! On dĂ©couvre mĂȘme des muscles Ă des endroits dont on ignorait lâexistence jusquâici ! Puis, plus le temps passe, plus on y retourne et plus seulement pour le cĂŽtĂ© silhouette qui certes est juste DINGUE puisquâon sâaffine grandement, on se dessine des abdos de compĂ©tition, on remonte et on galbe son fessier mais en rĂ©alitĂ© on y retourne et on devient addict parce quâon sây sent juste et simplement tellement bien ! Un bien-ĂȘtre qui met en symbiose de lâapaisement, de la serenite, on appuie le temps dâune heure sur le bouton « pause » dans notre journĂ©e et on se dĂ©connecte ! Et Ă lâheure oĂč tout est trop simultanĂ© et connectĂ© quel immense bonheur de pouvoir profiter dâun instant si simplement pur comme celui-ci !
