By far our biggest disappointment in Reims. 🚨The brunch was served cold🚨, what shocked us most was the poached egg served cold, same as the pancakes. Also the menu doesn’t provide the necessary awareness to let the customer know most of their dishes are served cold! A concrete example would be how in the menu you can select an avocado “TOAST” which you’d think it’s warm BUT instead it’s just a cold piece of bread - in French you’d rather call it a ‘TARTINE’ to manage expectations… Thankfully the manager offered us the pancakes after flagging our disappointment as not clear in their menu.. We, major brunch lovers that we are, are beyond puzzled by this experience! Too bad some staff members couldn’t handle our feedback constructively! One even tried to convince us on the why of the coldness of the pancakes or toast, telling us they would have to pay one extra person to serve our dishes warm 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ - Go figure!

Beautiful menu, charming and cozy ambiance delicious beverages: but service was average at best. The food was elegant and colorful in presentation but completely bland, no flavor whatsoever. Four different staff members asked me if I was eating alone but only after ten minutes of ignoring me and taking everyone else's order, zero sensitivity. While it was an pleasantly aesthetic experience regarding the atmosphere/dishes and the drinks were quite good, poor customer service and flavorless food means I would not go back.

Edit: no one, not a single staff member asked me how my meal was not...

We were excited to go here after seeing many TikTok's about it, but honestly we regret trusting TikTok. We waited for 35+ minutes to get our food, even though it wasn't very busy. The food itself was ok, all of it was cold however including the eggs which were far from poached. The service was meh as well, they forgot simple requests such as ice cubes and water. The only major downside was the iced latte which was a lukewarm glass of milk with half a shot of espresso. It's not the worst bunch I've ever had but I think an honest review of this place is...
