My family and I visited the establishment, where regrettably, we were denied seating indoors. The reason provided was that we had an 11-month-old baby accompanying us, along with a pushchair. Despite my husband's assurance that we would stow the pushchair outside, we were directed to an outdoor seating area, with the additional caveat that no fan was available in that section. Furthermore, it came to our attention that the restaurant does not possess high chairs, which further compounded the issue. I find myself compelled to express a measure of dismay; given that the dining establishment seemingly caters primarily to an adult clientele, the predicament arises of determining an appropriate space for parents to attend to their child's needs. When we tried to sit at a table meant for four people because we were just two people with a baby (and no high chair), a the lady stopped us. Tell me where should I put my baby ? On my lap ? Or on a table ? They insisted we sit at a two-person table instead. I'm really disappointed by this experience, and it makes me decide that I won't eat at this kind of restaurant anymore. It doesn't feel right to pay for a meal and not be treated with respect.

Read moreI was in Rouen for a week and ended up eating there 3x. The food is very good, I personally really liked the grills both the chicken and the lamb! If you're there definitely should give those a try. Waiters were also very kind and wanted to help as much as they could and their suggestions were on point. Highly...
