Something is seriously wrong here. Last time I came here, about 5 years ago, I vowed never to go back after I was informed, in an impolite abrupt way, that they don't do "normal" KFC chicken on the bone, they only do those small fritter things (I can't even remember the name of those; not worthy of remembering). 5 years later it hasn't changed. Unavoidable family pressure led to a return. All the self-service machines had crashed, so we went to what looked like a checkout, but the girl had obviously given up. After standing there for ages, a guy realised what was happening and came to serve us. He was great in the circumstances. In fact, anyone from a local rival outlet who reads this should go there and nab him (tall thin guy, possibly manager)! So with no option, I ordered chicken burger, which to be blunt, was like eating vomit. What can I say; I was forced back after 5 years and the experience was the worst ever. I don't blame the staff, the issue there is much deeper. Owner scavenging. RESPONSE OF THE OWNER: I'm so sorry to hear of your bad experience. We will inform the team and try and...

I fail to understand hov it's possible not to have just 1 English or german speeking employe, my wife is lactose intolerant and the self-service machines doesn't give you the option to chose a burger without cheese, it was only because there was a English speaking customer that was able to help us we where able to place an order.... furthermore after we placed our order and went to get our drinks, the selfserwice vending machine only gave us the option to chose between icetea and non carbonated orange drink.... the staff couldn't care less when...
