Brasserie Avoriaz offers an exceptional dining experience that beautifully complements a day on the slopes. I recently dined here with my family during a break from our mountain adventures, and it was a delightful culinary journey. One dish that stood out was their raw minced meat cutlet—it was simply divine.

The atmosphere in the brasserie was warm and inviting, providing a perfect respite from the cold outdoors. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our comfort throughout the meal.

However, what truly stole the show was the food. The raw minced meat cutlet was a revelation—exquisitely seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's mastery in creating a dish that tantalizes the taste buds.

Overall, Brasserie Avoriaz not only exceeded our expectations but also became a highlight of our skiing trip. From the cozy ambiance to the impeccable service and, of course, the unforgettable culinary creations like the raw minced meat cutlet, this restaurant is an absolute gem worth visiting...

Never again. Promise !

3 years in a row, we stopped at Brasserie Avoriaz for a quick coffee, somewhere between 11AM and noon. 3 years in a row, when leaving disappointed, you realize why there was room to sit 10 people. Service , if anyone was willing to provide any, is extremely slow or non-existant. This year we were ignored by multiple staff for at least 15 minutes, and left without ordering. But don't worry, we won't return next year. Hand on hart, promise !

PS: In response to the nameless manager: No no, no misunderstanding, it happened 3 years in a row. It is...

I’ll tell ya what, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were the same, but I had some serious concerns about the food. We had French onion soup, and it was nothing but bland water with some onions thrown in.

My biggest concern was how the beef fondue was served. Raw chicken and beef served right next to each other and surrounded by sauces. The likelihood of food poisoning with this set up is huge, and frankly, I’m concerned that this is something they find acceptable.

Overall the place was nice, but I the dishes we had, I would strongly recommend...

We came here on the first night of an organised ski week where, as part of the deal, we could select where to go out of options and this was available. the location is perfect - in the middle of everything in Avoriaz and so its also quite busy and noisy. the service was good and the food was also good, if not brilliant. We had a main course and a 1/2 bottle of wine each and the bill came to 40 Euro each which is average for the area. We came back later in the week and had another good meal. Pizza, steak, chicken. All good.

Nice enough place, the food was good but the onion soup 🍲 was a bit greasy and cold and very beefy. Hot chocolate was nice and the dessert was good. Ladies 🚺 loo was out of paper and not the cleanest but I guess it's hard to keep on top of in a busy place.
