Brasserie Avoriaz offers an exceptional dining experience that beautifully complements a day on the slopes. I recently dined here with my family during a break from our mountain adventures, and it was a delightful culinary journey. One dish that stood out was their raw minced meat cutlet—it was simply divine.
The atmosphere in the brasserie was warm and inviting, providing a perfect respite from the cold outdoors. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring our comfort throughout the meal.
However, what truly stole the show was the food. The raw minced meat cutlet was a revelation—exquisitely seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's mastery in creating a dish that tantalizes the taste buds.
Overall, Brasserie Avoriaz not only exceeded our expectations but also became a highlight of our skiing trip. From the cozy ambiance to the impeccable service and, of course, the unforgettable culinary creations like the raw minced meat cutlet, this restaurant is an absolute gem worth visiting...

Overall the place was nice, but I the dishes we had, I would strongly recommend...
