Terrible customer service and lies.

Don’t believe them when they say to cant book in advance.

We went early in the week to book the Friday night they told us clearly you can’t book its first come first serve on the day. So we came on the Friday at opening time as they opened, the place was empty and they turned away our family as they were “fully booked”. We spoke to the same lady that told us you can’t book as she just shrugged us off.

It appears this place is not family friendly.

We were unable to go anywhere else as you had to book in advance all other restaurants in the area. 3 Young children and after checking with lots of restaurants we had no other choice but to go to the supermarket late and cook . This place was fully booked the first night we tried (we went skiing the first week of January 2025) but they were able to accommodate us and book us in for the Saturday night instead. The steak (my son had) and the ribs I had were absolutely delicious and cooked really well. My husbands burger was unfortunately a bit cold but tasted okay. The waitress we had was lovely and although our french is awful and she had a smattering of English she was attentive and even helped us celebrate by adding an indoor firework to my son's pudding for his birthday and then they all snag happy birthday to him...a lovely touch and helped it to feel special.
