Okay, all French restaurants don’t serve you water and in most of them you struggle just to get a dish. But you folks might as well put up a sign that says “We don’t serve tourists.”
You’ve opted for ordering via screens. Great, congratulations. The fact that I have to know there’s a hidden (I) in every picture—so that if you tap it, you get the recipe in English—but in the end, you still have to complete the order in French, isn’t exactly friendly. Maybe a simple button to switch the language to English would’ve been more convenient?
Then there’s the fact that you’ve chosen for us to take a number which we have to declare, but we sit wherever we like, so the waiters wander around looking for us like a French ballet. You consider that logical, instead of simply taking our order at the table? It’s beyond me.
It’s absolutely in keeping with the spirit of the establishment that the tables are tiny.
The pizza was tasteless and the pasta so overcooked that it couldn’t get any worse. Naturally, the sauce had no cohesion at all.
When your wonderful electronic menu asks if we want any additional ingredient and we say “ham,” we don’t mean to just grab a few slices of ham and toss them on top of the dish. Maybe cooking, I don’t know, requires a bit of care.
The salads were bad, with zero inspiration. It’d be easier to graze in a field than eat those salads.
I haven’t written a bad review in over 10 years, so five stars from me for actually making...
Read morePoor service and rude staff👎👎, like at McDonald’s. If you want salad or pizza, try ‘Del Arte’ instead.
If we’re ordering at kiosks and getting unfriendly service, shouldn’t the prices at least be lower?
The bread served with the salad was so hard it made my jaw hurt ☹️
📌 When I asked if I could have some ice, he just pointed to a far-off spot and told me to get it myself. So I had to stand up and go get it (are we at McDonald's?).
📌When I mentioned that the bread was way too hard, the staff just shrugged, showed me the bread basket, and walked away.
📌The salad portion was way too small, and the price was high. For what they charge, it might as well be McDonald's.
Del Arte next door charges the same for salads, but they at least serve a...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Delicious Napolitano Pizza!
If you're searching for the best pizza in town, Italian Queen is a must-visit! We ordered the Napolitano pizza, and it was simply incredible. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with that authentic wood-fired flavor you'd expect from a traditional Italian pizzeria. The sauce was rich and savory, the cheese melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.
The ambiance of the restaurant adds to the experience – cozy, welcoming, and full of Italian charm. Whether you're dining in or taking out, the service is fast and friendly. Italian Queen truly offers an authentic taste of Italy right here in town.
