Starbucks Coffee- Disney Hôtel Cheyenne — Restaurant in Torcy

Literally 15 tourists in the queue and the staff were talking rubbish about the pour person in front of them in French, laughing at the order made (I speak French and could understand what they were saying, they probably thought that the French superiority over humanity screens them from those who speak their language). It was finally my turn and the young lady shut me off to ask the barista what was the name of the bar they were going to later (with more and more people adding up to the line behind me). Outstanding in the worst way possible.

Coffee ok.

UPDATE: Had to go here again and found another lady with curly hair and glasses that was actually really polite, quick and can say that she was the first one in this Starbucks with a sense of hospitality....

A la fin de mon séjour à Disney je décide de prendre un bon café pour tenir la longue route qui m'attend. Dès mon entrée dans la boutique je n'ai pas de bonjour ( il y a pourtant 3 serveuses), je passe commande d'un Americano grand (une longue route en perspective). Durant ma longue attente (15min environ pour un pauvre café et avec seulement 2commandes avant moi), les deux commandes avant moi ont du être refaites puisqu'elle ne correspondaient pas à la commande des clients. Une des serveuses se permets de dire à sa collègue et a voix haute que les clients sont quand même idiots si ils ne sont pas capables de reconnaître leurs prénoms lorsqu'il est balancé pour venir récupérer leur commande, que c'est pas sa faute et qu'à cause d'eux elle va devoir refaire les commandes. Oui le prénoms est balancé sans sourire sans considération pour le client. Une des serveuse à même un gobelet entre ses dents le temps d'écrire le prénoms sur le gobelet qu'elle tient dans une de ses mains et le crayon dans la seconde. Vient enfin ma commande, on annonce mon prénom et on me pose le gobelet sur le comptoir, j'interpelle la serveuse qui m'a déjà tournée le dos pour lui demander un couvercle pour mon gobelet, mais celle ci me dis qu'elle n'en a plus pour ce format (il ne reste que des tailles inférieures. J'insiste en lui expliquant que c'est une commande à emporter et que je vais prendre la route que je ne peux pas transporter mon café comme ça mais elle me répète qu'elle n'a pas cette taille. Avec un peu de bonne volonté elle aurait pu me le transvaser dans deux gobelets avec couvercle du format inférieur ou même me proposer d'acheter un gobelet réutilisable (ce que j'aurais accepté). Au final je repars sans excuse avec un café bouillant que je vais me renverser en parti sur la main et que finirais par jeter puisque je ne peux pas rouler avec un café qui va se renverser dans ma voiture. Bref si vous souhaitez voir où avoir l'exemple du pire service client, n'hésitez pas à prendre un bon café dans...

Food: The coffee - tiramisu flavour - was TOO SWEET and NOT HOT... The cake with pistachio was fine, although the nuts on it could be better. We wanted something hot, rushing for a latte which saved us from outright frustration.

Service: Nothing special.

Atmosphere: We walked a really long way from the entrance to explore this corner of the Disneyland. The surrounding was apparently more appealing than the cafe's interior. We chose to sit outdoor, regardless of the hygiene problems as reported by so many reviewers...

Conclusion: this Starbucks (excluding external factors) does not worth more than 2 stars overall, compared to our experience with another Starbucks...
