0 Stars but Unfortunately I only have the choice of a minimum of 1 star. We have just had a lovely (ish) 5 days in what should be a magical time for my 2 son's. But cos my youngest son is on the autistic spectrum he is actually different to other children as everyone is different in their own way. All of us had a food plan even though I knew my son only likes certain beige food. So in the restaurants in the Disney hotels he has 2 bread rolls but the 2 times we ate in your restaurant (all 9 of us) as well as using my son's meal voucher i bought him a McDonald's (4 chicken nuggets and fries) if you did fries I wouldn't have too. On Tuesday you said nothing but last night you told me we wouldn't be welcome to eat there again cos I chose to let my son have something he actually eats as well as the 2 bread rolls out of his voucher which u said he didn't have to pay for but you didn't refund it to his card. The sheer lack of not understanding people who are different in a place which is for children it's pretty shocking the way I was made to feel. I shouldn't be made to feel bad for wanting my son to have something I know he'll eat. I've also never been somewhere where a bill for 1 one drink has been placed on the table without me asking for it. Sadly I won't be returning even though we did like it hence going twice. Your customer service and lack of understanding is shocking even though I explained about my son you weren't interested. Unfortunately I didn't get your name and when I went to talk to u again u where nowhere to be seen so I'm assuming u might be in an office cos u had an earpiece in for...
Read moreThere is a pattern on these reviews where a certain waitress is mentioned for her rudeness and I’m 100% sure I encountered her during our stay this week. We had just transferred hotels (long story) so was hungry and very tired. We had a reservation for 8.45pm but actually after all the troubles we had been through and having a newborn baby & child in tow we was actually very late to said reservation. I approached this waitress who was at the front with big glittery eyeshadow on her eye lids and explained why we was late and she rudely said ‘OH so you’re just LATE’ in a really sarcastic tone ( basically saying ‘I’m not interested in your story ) I was fuming by this point, she walked us through the restaurant and what we saw was shocking it felt like a school canteen and could barely hear ourselves in there. She pranced over and stood next to our table with one of her male colleagues and they just didn’t say anything it’s like they was getting impatient at us trying to decide if we actually wanted to eat here… we changed our minds and was so glad we did, I apologised and said sorry we have just had a long night and want to change our minds she rudely said ‘I can see by your face’. She needs putting in her place, I complained to management of sequoia and they compensated me with a gift card to apologise and said this restaurant is seperate to them. Such a shame I don’t know who this individual...
Read moreThe Hunters Grill looked good when I booked a table for our stay in February. At the time I booked there was the option for all you can eat or a la carte. Therefore we thought okay we can decide what we want to eat. When we arrived, at around 10 pm, the restaurant was only half open but packed to the max. The waitresses were all kind. But then came the first bummer we could only take the all you can eat buffet. When we began to get our food we realized that most of it was cold and looked like it was sitting there for some time. When we saw that some plates were almost empty we realized it was too late to bring out "new food" so we didn't even have the full selection of food. We understand that it doesn't make sense to bring out fresh food until the last guest is finished, but the restaurant had reservations even later than ours. After a meal that was mostly mid we decided to go pay and were a bit shocked, that the price for one person was 45€ which included a small soft drink or a big water. So for the future I would recommend eating at another restaurant in or around the park at that time...
