The person who greets customers is the least customer-oriented person I have ever seen in my life. She refused to give us a table without a reservation. We made the reservation online right in front of her — there was availability even though she said there wasn’t. We had to wait until the very last minute for her to let us in and sit down. The place wasn’t full; there were plenty of free tables. When she saw us walk by, she whispered something to a coworker and they were clearly laughing at us (my husband has had surgery on his head). I imagine if someone laughed at her for wearing a wig, she wouldn’t find it so funny. The food was average. We expected more. The decoration and the music were very nice — that’s the only thing worth mentioning. We waited another half hour to be served dessert. My children had it included in their kids’ menu, but they never brought it. They offered it when we were paying the bill. No, thank you — it’s normal to pay attention to the table you’re serving, not to bring dessert when we’re already paying out of boredom from waiting to be attended.
If I were the owner of a restaurant like this, I’d seriously reconsider the staff, especially the person representing your business. If the goal is to make customers never want to come back, congratulations —...
Read moreFrom the moment we stepped inside, it felt like we’d wandered into an enchanted forest! The décor was breathtaking — lush greenery, soft lighting, and gentle nature sounds that made the entire atmosphere so relaxing. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make you forget you’re in the city. The food was just as impressive as the setting. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — fresh ingredients, creative pairings, and a clear attention to quality. A special shoutout to Axel, our waiter, who made the entire experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and he made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. Overall, this restaurant is a perfect escape for anyone looking for a unique, nature-inspired dining experience. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be...
Read moreInnovative interior - which may interest some, but the positives stop there. Service - I understand reservation is recommended, but when you turn up at the restaurant, you will be greeted with a board asking you to wait outside while no one is around to meet you. After poking around the curtain for quite a few minutes, the host will arrive to seat you. No explanation about the concept or the menu - which is a shame on top of the long wait to be seated. The biggest disappointment however is the food itself. We had the truffle pasta - it was so dry, absolutely no sauce at all. Truffle scent/taste was negligible. The kids pasta was equally bad and bland and dry. The cost is reasonable, which was probably the slight saving grace. Sorry for the poor review - I hope they'll seriously consider the taste and...
