Finally I found a place in Toulouse that has chicken pho (pho ga)! The pho was great, and the variety of spicy sauces to go with it is also great. Personally I would recommend to try the sauce of the house if you like spicy sauces. In the photos you can see the dish with the soup and the dish with the siders that go with it. Simple restaurant with the warmest welcome and a fantastic beef pho! Probably the best we’ve had in Toulouse, so it’s no surprise that it’s loved by the locals. Bonjour, Nous avons manger ma fille et moi une soupe Pho dans ce petit restaurant " Bonjour Vietnam" , on nous nous sommes régalés, après avoir essayé les soupes Pho de nombreux restaurants vietnamiens ou asiatiques de Toulouse et ses environs, nous pouvons dire aujourd'hui que nous avons déguster la meilleure soupe Pho de Toulouse. En une cuillèrée, nos papilles ont en un instant été transportées au Vietnam, pays que nous connaissons bien, ma fille y étant née, quel plaisir tous ces parfums, ces saveurs. La jeune fille qui nous a accueilli est d'une gentillesse exemplaire, la propreté y est irréprochable. Nous avons terminé notre repas par un dessert au tapioca et poudre de noix de coco, là aussi un vrai délice.
