Assez déçu par ce restaurant. Nous sommes arrivés à l’ouverture, mais il semblait y avoir un vrai problème d’organisation au niveau du service. Nous avons attendu plus d’une demi-heure avant que quelqu’un ne prenne notre commande, alors que des clients arrivés après nous mais installés au comptoir au rez-de-chaussé avaient déjà terminé de manger. Nous étions trois à une table de quatre, puis quatre autres personnes sont arrivées et on nous a demandé de nous déplacer sur une petite table pour deux, ce qui n’était pas agréable. Côté cuisine, nous avons commandé trois portions de karaage : deux sur trois étaient trop cuites, avec un arrière goût de brûlé. Le bouillon du ramen était très léger, trop à mon goût. Les nouilles étaient bonnes. Les œufs mollets semblaient peu, voire pas du tout marinés, au vu de leur couleur et leur saveur. Les gyozas étaient bons, même s’il leur manquait un peu le côté poêlé croustillant. Bref, une expérience assez décevante : un service désorganisé, surtout au niveau des tables en sous-sol, et une cuisine en deçà de ce que laissent espérer les notes...
