We had a wonderful dinner inside and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The Canette entière poêlée (whole pan-seared duckling) and Maki de lieu cuit en basse température (low-temperature cooked cod maki) were both outstanding, with flavors that were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. For dessert, we had the Fontainebleau à la myrtille (blueberry Fontainebleau), which was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
The service was impeccable—every waiter spoke English fluently, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was incredible value for money, with mains around €20.
A great touch is that they change the dinner menu every three weeks and the lunch menu every week, ensuring there's always something new to try.

Read moreBest food in Toulouse. Great service. We went our first night here, but there were fully booked and so we made a reservation for the next day. While we were standing outside looking for another place to eat on our phones, the server ran outside to find us, and recommended another place down the road that was very very good.
Americans: don't be afraid to order the steak rare. It may look bloody, but it's not. It has a very different flavor than rare in the US so I highly recommend to go with what the kitchen says.
