BUT you have to know that the original recipe has âfarine de sarrasinâ which is Gluten-free- and this is what normally all creperies should serve you⊠this one DOESNT⊠you have to tell them to give you the sarrasin recipe otherwise youâll get a gluten gallete⊠and this was my experience, I forgot to ask them since I am used to the normal tradition⊠so one star less. Then I order a âinfusion de verveine â -which is normally sweet and they served me a very sour that I didnât like, (1 star less) ⊠So, I asked to change it and the server said that it was a âspecial version â with a very arrogant attitude⊠which he had most of the time.
