Terrible experience! I visited this place with my girlfriend, and the manager treated us with shocking disrespect. All I did was sit down before his so-called "permission," and instead of handling it politely, he started intimidating us, speaking in a rude way, and making my girlfriend and me feel uncomfortable. Hicimos una parada aquí (hacía mucho frío) para tomar uno café y un capuchino y tras prepararnos con pocas ganas una mesa en el interior (de dos mesas juntas montaron dos separadas) y ya con toda la ropa de abrigo quitada nos dice el camarero que hay que comer algo sí o sí! Que si nos queremos quedar dentro tenemos que pedir aunque sea un 🥐. Se había liberado otra mesa en el interior y no había cola ni aglomeración alguna por lo que sigo sin entender esa manera de tratar a un cliente que quiere consumir, aunque sean dos cafés con leche obligándolo a comer algo cuando no tienen problema de espacio! Es más, al lado había tres señoras francesas tomando sólo un té. No estaban comiendo ningún crepe ni nada…eso sí, nosotros no podíamos hacer eso. El camarero no fue mal educado pero no creo que tengas que tratar así a tus clientes. Hay que saber adaptarse a la situación. Si tienes posibilidad de servir a tu cliente aunque no vaya a consumir comida en el interior porque no hay saturación en el local debes cuidarlo. Hoy en día cliente contento = exito seguro. Más con las redes sociales que son las que te valoran constantemente. Por último quiero recalcar que es una reseña negativa por el trato, no por la comida ya que nos acabamos levantando y yendo del local. Si no se puede sólo tomar bebidas, cafés etc en el interior sin consumir mínimo algo de comida que lo digan antes de sentarte o que lo mencionen por escrito...
