Very poor don't waste your time here. Look at the mixed reviews.
First you reserve online for the best room so you can see the cooking on the grill and they seat you elsewhere in the corner upstairs. The waitress instead of working smart she is running around like a headless chicken not doing much.
The duck breast leg was uncooked and I was given a bread knife to eat it with. It was sent back to be recooked. Not even a chainsaw could have cut it.
No apology, no free dessert offered and nothing taken off the bill.
Also why are the potato and salad portions that come with the food so huge???
I dare the owner to reply back arguing any of my points. I have photos of the raw duck leg and bread knife and a video of the waitress running around like she is in a 100m race not a top restaurant.
Such a disappointment. The place is an embarrassment to french gastronomy.

Thank you Stephan for taking the time to reply back with an attempted explanation. Your explanation of why I was not seated in the correct place is still unsatisfactory.
You need to fix your booking method so your valuable customers can't cancel and then rebook the room they want. Maybe a phonecall or an explanation when I first arrived would have been a good idea instead of simply ignoring what table I booked.
Next I ordered the duck medium well done not medium rare. This is a big misinformation of the facts Stephan. Also the method you cook your meats is wrong if you are serving customers uncooked meat. You can't serve a customer a cooked breast and on the same plate give them a rare leg.
Moving on to the waitress. I was very fair. I could have been a lot harsher. I have read the latest comments from other customers about your staff.

Stephan you need to listen to your customers. We can't all be wrong. Here is another customer who says they can't cut your meat with the butter knives you give us. They also say that your restaurant was once great but this is not the case anymore.
'Unfortunately this restaurant was an institution which has lost its splendor I regret not having given 5 stars during my last visit before covid… In fact today there were 4 of us, we had cassoulet and grilled meats The meats were too young and therefore hard to cut, the accompaniment was good. But the cassoulet? We had doubts about the possibility that it was canned cassoulet... it was very liquid, not greasy, the confit had no taste! The only positive point is the quality sausage inside! But it was particularly disappointing in terms of the wait we had when going to La Braisière!'
I hope you will read these constructive criticisms and take action Stephan. Once your restaurant gets a bad reputation it is game over.

It will be my great pleasure to educate you on where your fine establishment, chefs and waitress went wrong. Also I have enjoyed reading your good and bad reviews. To be fair, we arrived on a great timing on a Sunday night around 9ish. Got whisked straight to our seats but from what i know this usually isn’t the norm. Be expected to wait out there for your turn to try this amazing place. Ordered a limousine beef steak (medium rare) with simple rock salt and green peppers, two sides of roasted potatoes and balsamic vinegar dressed salad. The rest of the party ordered a beef fillet each.
We didn’t have to wait for long before heaven was presented right before our eyes. The steak was done to perfection. Truly medium rare... the first cut reveals the perfect red centred steak. It has a nice uniform woody and smokey flavour to it. Having it cooked in front of you adds to the “taste” and your overall experience of this place. It’s easily the best steak I had in my existence. And for what I’ve heard, the roast potatoes are first boiled and then fried with duck fats. No wonder it was so amazing.
