Without a doubt, this is a 5 star restaurant( . I mean this in a positive way) it felt like I was really in France eating Michelin star dinner. The young chef is excellent very creative. Everything was very tasty. The service was excellent. They even have English menus, which always makes me happy, I think I’ve been in France for a month and this is one of the top 10 restaurants that I’ve eaten at and I thought it was priced very fairly the special on the board which was salmon with a salad which was excellent for an appetizer, we had the tomato and cheese another winner we had the chicken dish with the pasta which was outstanding and then of course the dessert what a beautiful masterpiece and so creative. If you’re in the area, make sure you make reservations. It look like every table was taken btw the vegetables they had these little dishes and they were delicious in France they never make that many vegetables it’s usually a garnish this place did it very well and created So if you’re looking for fine, creative dining without the Michelin star prices I think you’re in for a...

We were staying one night in Tours and happened upon this place whilst out walking. We were very lucky they fitted us in with my dog too. The place is busy and buzzing and the two servers work very hard to ensure all the tables are looked after. We had the entree and dessert menu for 31€ per person and it was exceptional - pork loin with morels excellent and chocolate hazelnut dessert and caramelised apple crepe were both outstanding. Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne soirée, un restaurant typique, sans chichi ! On est accueillis avec une petite mousse de foie, qui nous a directement mis en appétit.

Une carte trĂšs intĂ©ressante, avec des plats variĂ©s et des associations qui mettent l’eau Ă  la bouche.

Pour commencer, nous avons choisi : La Tarte Tatin d'agneau, assez bonne avec une portion gĂ©nĂ©reuse. J’aurai cependant apprĂ©ciĂ© plus de sauce pour Ă©viter le cĂŽtĂ© trop sec, et je n’ai pas spĂ©cialement senti le confit de mozzarella fumĂ©e. Ainsi que la Tartine briochĂ©e, boeuf marinĂ©. La brioche Ă©tait trĂšs bonne tout comme la sauce chimichurri qui Ă©tait bien parfumĂ©e !

En plat, nous avons pu goĂ»ter : Les Noix de St Jacques sur fondue de poireaux crĂšme au lard, un vrai dĂ©lice ! Mention spĂ©ciale pour la crĂšme que j’ai adorĂ©. Et la cote de cochon Ă  la moutarde et purĂ©e a la truffe. Une piĂšce trĂšs gĂ©nĂ©reuse, le cochon n’était pas trop sec. La sauce avait du caractĂšre, et la purĂ©e trĂšs bonne Ă©galement, mĂȘme si la quantitĂ© Ă©tait lĂ©gĂšre en comparaison Ă  la piĂšce de viande. Les produits sont de qualitĂ© !

En dessert, nous avons optĂ© pour la mousse au chocolat blanc, trĂšs bonne, pas tranchĂ©e, avec la fraĂźcheur des framboises c’était parfait. Et le dessert du jour qui Ă©tait un riz au lait avec de la confiture de clĂ©mentine. À la vu des autres desserts nous avons trouvĂ© la portion assez lĂ©gĂšre, mais en soi le riz au lait Ă©tait bon.

Nous y sommes allĂ©s un samedi soir, restaurant complet, il y avait donc un peu d’attente, et mon plat est arrivĂ© froid. MalgrĂ© ces dĂ©tails nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs...

One of the best restaurants I've ever visited. Friendly, knowledgeable servers fluent in French and English. Music not too loud. Local night life outside visible through big picture windows. Fresh, high quality cookery that was obviously a labour of love. Whether it's beef steak, bream fillet, or chicken cordon bleu, one can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. I wish I could've thanked the chef personally.

One of the best restaurants I've ever visited. Friendly, knowledgeable servers fluent in French and English. Music not too loud. Local night life outside visible through big picture windows. Fresh, high quality cookery that was obviously a labour of love. Whether it's beef steak, bream fillet, or chicken cordon bleu, one can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.
