We were with a 5-year-old who asked for a small change in the pasta dish, and the staff initially accepted the request. However, things took a turn when a rather rude woman, claiming to be in charge of orders, came over and insisted that no changes could be made. It was an unpleasant interaction that dampened the experience.
As for the food and drinks, it was a mixed bag. The “blue latte” was a major disappointment – served cold and lacking in flavor, it was definitely not worth trying.
