L'inspi — Restaurant in Versailles

Given the glowing reviews I had high expectations for L’inspi, and the reviews are well deserved. Book a reservation in advance! We saw at least 6 parties try to come dine here, but it was already booked out for the day when we arrived.

I still think about the melon pancetta appetizer, and its probably one of the best things ive eaten. The melon pieces in soup contrasted with the salty feta and the smoky and savory pancetta pieces, plus hints of spice—this is a must try if its on the menu. The burrata was also delicious and id love to have tried the ceviche.

For the mains, the duck was the standout. Its beautifully presented, with a perfectly sweet sauce. The steak was average, in my opinion could use more flavor. Thankfully the fries served with it were fresh and crispy. The tuna tartare was also very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cherry pavlova: a simple, small dessert with fresh large cherries and soft pavlova. Ive seen many comedically oversized pavlovas so this was nice in comparison. The brookie was warm and fresh, and the lemon tart was well composed.

Aside from the steak which I’d consider average, everything else here was fantastic, and a few standout dishes (melon pancetta, pavlova, duck) were very memorable to me. Im happy to give L’Inspi my highest recommendation and cheers to the team running a refreshing and...

After a flight and a trip in our rental car, we were hungry and decided to look for restaurants around Versailles. We ended up in L'inspi.

We initially went in for small main dish, but ended up getting the combi deal of the main dish, desert and a hot drink.

For our main dishes, we ordered the duck parmentier, and the chicken curry. The mains were absolutely amazing, we loved them! My girlfriend labeled her duck dish as 'the best duck I've ever eaten'.

For desert, we both picked the apple crumble with caramel. It was extremely tasty!

We value the customer service offered in this restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and offered us water. We were still deciding what we wanted to drink after which she added 'it's free'. For our desert, she asked us whether we wanted some ice cream for free with it. Absolutely amazing! Whilst eating our desert, the chef came out to ask us whether it was good. We also didn't realize the restaurant closed at 14:15, so we were the last one's there. The staff was not trying to get us out at all, much appreciated!! They also spoke...

Absolutely loved our dinner at L'inspi! The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, and the service was outstanding! Our waiters were not only incredibly friendly but also had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I started off with the "L’amour" cocktail, which was perfectly balanced and delicious. For food, we had a beautifully prepared vegetarian eggplant dish along with a tasty starter and some amazing desserts. The highlight for me was the Brookie. It tasted excellent, and I appreciated being asked how much caramel I wanted, a thoughtful personal touch!

The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and everything tasted fantastic. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, and I love that the menu is seasonal and rotates every few months, giving us a great reason to come back.
