La Closerie — Restaurant in Versailles

Had a great time. It was very convenient that they spoke English. The atmosphere was great. It was quiet and the vibe was really chic. Very intimate and nice.

The service was excellent, waiter was prompt, courteous, and kind. The food was excellent! Had the fish which was spot on, and rump steak was cooked perfectly. Everything came out looking great and was delicious.

Also, they do take credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex, etc), a plus for those who don’t carry cash everywhere.

The young man who waited on me was very kind and effective and spoke excellent English to me once he realized I could only speak basic french.
