Bar and Restaurant Europe — Restaurant in Batumi

We walked in, sat down, and then left, here’s why:

The reason we walked in was because their interior design is up class and one of a kind.

The reason we left is because the staff was templated and presented a careless attitude along with a menu we didn’t like.

We sat down. Scanned the QR code, and a small sushi plate or soup costs about 50 lari, another salad costs 195 lari, and some dinner plates costs 350 lari.

We looked around the empty restaurant, and wondered why was there only one review on Google, and I asked my companion if she liked anything and she said no, so we left.

Personally, I was okay to pay for these prices if it had truly been worth the price.

Here’s what I mean worthy: First class North American service from actual genuine personalities. World class food that is publicly recognized. And a luxurious interior design, which was the only thing they had.

The sushi displayed on the menu was nothing amazing, nothing you can’t get at a mid class North American sushi restaurant, and even in a first world country where I come from, we don’t pay these royal prices for first class sushi.

A full dinner here for two would costs you about two months rent in Batumi. But if money and service means nothing for you, this is one of the nicest interior designs you can have for an hour.

Like John Gotti says, “It's better to live one day as a lion than a hundred years as a lamb.” Ironically, he lived for many years on the inside as a lamb thereafter.

So maybe there’s a life lesson here,...

Do not recommend. Scam place. Although the menu is pretty expensive, they almost tripled the price, so we had to pay almost 150$ for 7 little dishes, 1 cocktail and 2 water bottles. At the end (we ate just a little bit and the rest decided to take home) we asked them to pack it, but they “forgot” but we had no time to wait and we just left.
