AMIRA — Restaurant in Tbilisi

The owner/manager was happy enough to welcome me kindly as he said they do shishas and I am a big fan of them. For starters all fine as any place they want to get you in no mater what. Busy street with staff chasing you to pick their place.

Shisha quality was just… ok but poor coal management from start, wasn’t burning properly, so sadly so bad. I was left unattended for a long period of time, including shisha coal refresh as no one was looking after. I asked for 1st coal refresh and after 30min nothing happened. Walked in to enquire and coal was refreshed as well as inviting to leave in 5min, which technically is no more Shisha. Even more sad that I was the only customer the whole time.

Worst part was payment as they have Visa/Mastercard stickers. Surprise, only cash. They were even annoyed I couldn’t pay by cash.

I was disappointed by the shisha & service to finish the experience on ATM hunting with an unfriendly waiter scorting me to get the money. Tired after a long day exploring myself the waiter was saying he has no time for that and that for me was ok because I am a tourist, he wants to get home, which I just did not bother the dispute but zero empathy as I could have done over 20km hiking? Which I did and I was really willing to get some rest.

Bad shisha, bad service. Avoid place as all they want is your money not a good...

Loved the place. The falafels were really delicious, the hummus was amazing, both of these took me back to my dining in the gulf, and the shawarma platter was amazing. This place also is student friendly and they'd give you discounts if you are one. Would definitely recommend giving this...

Отвратительное обслуживание. Обман. В чеке указали налог 25%, такого в Грузии нет. Наливали левое вино, которого нет в меню. Считали его по 25 лари за бокал. Чеки не пробиваются, документы на продукцию не предоставляются. Еда посредственная и очень дорогая. Подача долгая, даже при отсутствии посадки. Не следят за внешним видом меню.
