Tiffany Bar and Terrace Tbilisi — Restaurant in Tbilisi

We visited this venue to celebrate my sister's wedding anniversary, and initially, the experience was promising. The staff was welcoming, and the options were explained clearly. The view from the location is truly spectacular, which added to the overall ambiance.

However, the experience took a downturn. Since we had a late lunch, we didn’t order much, but the food we did try was disappointing.

For the cake cutting, we had high expectations, but the cake was simply placed on a seat, still in its box—there was no special setup. While another table received a more lively celebration with music and a more engaging atmosphere, there was no such effort for us. Additionally, the glare during the cake cutting made it uncomfortable, and we ultimately didn’t stay long after that.

While the view is incredible, the lack of attention to detail and personalization left us...

very slow service. I came with my boyfriend, my dish was brought 30 minutes after ordering, and my boyfriend's dish was preparing for 1.5 hours !!!!!! and then they brought it only after we asked about it and were waiting additional 20 mins! it's horrible! people came after us and left before! they just were forgetting about us all evening long! when we asked for the check, the waitresses just left to clean the tables and mop the floors! the food is terrible, "asian style beef rice" was terrible, the beef was burnt, the shrimp pasta was overcooked. terrible.

It was today from 3pm. I see your respond and I think you didn’t watch any cameras bc you could definitely saw people who’s sitting for 1,5 hours...

We had made a large group booking for 13 people and while making the reservation it was brought to my attention that they require all present to order a minimum of 15 lari which sounded odd for a restaurant to be asking but we agreed as we are a big group and may be occupying a large chunk of their tables. However on arrival they demanded that everyone present need to spend a minimum of 50 lari bringing their grand total to 650 lari or else we will not be allowed to dine, when the prices of their menu average 18 to 25 lari forcing the guests to buy 2 to 3 dishes which is absolutely ridiculous and takes away from how a restaurant should be working. Safe to say it was a disappointing...
