Strange atmosphere here. We went on a Sunday night and the staff on shift consisted of a couple of teenage looking guys who spent the whole time ignoring us and smoking with a group of their friends who'd come to hang out at the bar despite not seeming to order anything. We then went inside to pay and the kid behind the bar demanded a tip despite 18% gratuity already being added to the bill and was laughable given the fact we could never get their attention depsite being the only customers. Never had this attitude anywhere else in Georgia. Food was rubbish quality, overpriced and the meat hadn't been cooked properly - again probably because the staff were more concerned about smoking with their friends. The place had a great view but thats the only thing going for it. I could name another 50 places in Tblisi that are 10X the standard yet cheaper and actually run by...
