First thing first, ive arrived at the hostel at 0730 in the morning and nobody was there at the office, I waited outside for 30 minutes and tried to call without success. I went for à walk and came back 1hour later. This time a lady was at the office and opened me the door and we calmly talked about the falsly advertising 24 hours services. Her point were the following ones: •Theres no 24 hours service • theres no entry before 1300 ( time for the check in) and as à matter of fact no service before check in. • its a favor from the hostel if the customer want to stored their luggage. • Its my fault if there was nobody at the office in the morning, because I didnt sent à email about my ETA.
From my travelling experience this is something very unique that ive never saw of a hostel from south amercia to asia. Yet I am nobody to tell a this lady on to manage her buisness. However if it is manage differently, the stric minimum is to show and explain the rules and service on every platform where the hostel is showed wich is not the case. Im not expecting caviar and champagne from à hostel, but at least they can avoid doing false advertising. At end of the exchange I took the decision to stay in an other place, wich spoiler alert have the same rules and functionement of the rest of the hostels Ive been.
On a positive note the place was very clean and beautifull. I sincerly hope that the owners review their advertising on...

In addition to helping us with arrangements for our day trips, theatre and gastronomical experiences, we also spent many unforgettable evenings together exchanging stories and enjoying Alex's home-made and superb qvevri wines and chacha (don't miss any of this if you stay with them). I highly recommend a stay here, no matter how brief -- their location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the old city centre and yet in a very quiet and peaceful residential...
