Hotel Livin — Hotel in Tbilisi

Worst hotel I've stayed at in years. It's almost like they have no clue about how to run a hospitality business.

Location is awful, up a huge hill with super narrow streets and in a very run-down neighborhood. Bolt/taxi drivers are difficult to get up there and nothing is walkable, you always need a taxi.

We were staying there for 8 nights, and booked one of their premium rooms. Upon check-in, we got presented with a room with non-working AC and a broken toilet (the bidet was leaking water and flooded the entire bathroom). They refused to give us a different room, promising that they'll repair it. Next day they didn't repair it, so we asked for a refund and an early check out. Turns out they had another room and can move us

The other room was alright, but the experience was not a lot more pleasant - dirty bathroom, room service that's not cleaning properly and at one point I got woken up at 7 AM by the nightshift receptionist playing loud techno music over the speakers in the lobby (had to get dressed, walk downstairs and tell...

Great city view from our room!! Woke up everday feeling very relaxed and well-rested due to their comfortable matress. Staff are very helpful, hospitable and available 24/7. There is fair variety of breakfast choices. Rooftop serves as alternative place to chat, eat or take photos.You can watch youtube and netflix on the TV as well as english movies. Pool is available as well. The hotel location from peace bridge and city center is approx 5min by taxi but a little bit far by walk (approx 15mins). Room rate is affordable and our overall experience is very satisfied. Would definitely recommend this...

I came to visit Georgia for the first time.. ||I chose this hotel becouse room look nice and clean... ||I'm requesting to check in early coz my flight will be arriving very early and the hotel excepted , it was so nice... ||They gave me stay in different room first and after 12 noon I have got my room. ||The room it was very clean and very good view with bacorny... ||I'm was very happy... ||Breakfast nice, All staff it was so friendly... ||All the time my trip it was raining and Snowfalls ,,,||But if who want to come in summer time will be very beautiful here... ||I will be back...
