This hotel gives good value for the money, but does not deliver as promised. One of the things I look forward to the most on hotels is the breakfast, which was not up to standards here. The selection of foods and drinks were limited, and the bread was of low quality, in Tbilisi of all places, which has nice, cheap and good quality bakeries at most corners. No georgian bread was there – only what appeared to be store bought bread and doughy, dry crossauints, which was disappointing.

I stayed at their best room, which had a great view, a good bed and lots of space. The divider between the rooms balcony, which is connected to one another, was however not good enough, as I experienced that someone walked past it as I was undressed (without clothes) and heading for bed. There was no hand sope, only shampoo (which is fine for me, but something worth noting).

There was also a lot of noise coming from the hallway. I am a heavy sleeper, but most people are not. New doors are needed.

The staff was however nice and helpful, and answered any questions I had. All in all an OK experience! Just some minor tweaks are needed, especially regarding the breakfast, the noise...

The hotel is truly beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the terrace with its panoramic view over Tbilisi. Breakfast was very pleasant as well. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the metro, which provides easy access across the city, and also close to central areas such as Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square and the Old Town.||Upon arrival, I was initially a little unsure about the air conditioning, but Elena at reception quickly assisted me. Throughout my stay she was incredibly helpful – arranging taxis, helping me plan my schedule, and recommending restaurants with affordable prices, a lovely atmosphere and authentic Georgian cuisine. She even offered me coffee free of charge on several occasions, which was such a kind gesture.||Elena is not only professional and efficient, but also a genuinely warm and pleasant person to speak with.
