Proper authentic Chinese food and Hot pot. When you walk in, you immediately get that really good Chinese food smell,literally just like in many good restaurants in China. The staff are very friendly and ask upon seating if you would like the buffet or order from the menu. There are 3 soups to choose from,chicken,tomato and spicy. We got all 3. There is a fair number of things to choose from for the Hotpot, and the waiters will bring you either Lamb or beef slices- which they can top up when you ask. In the cold fridge theres a nice variety of seafood,tofu and also more exotic ingredients like duck blood and beef tripe,all good quality,which I haven't seen in many places. In addition to the hot pot ingredient buffet, there are hot and cold dish stations; all the dishes I tried were good,especially the cold spicy noodles. I also had a look at the actual menu, which was massive and the portions were rather large,so definitely for sharing. Will definitely be...

Went there twice. First time just ordering from the menu and the customer service was basically non-existant.

Second time we went for the hot pot, and while I know how it works, there was no question if we need an explanation nor actually any communication.

The staff just didn't seem very friendly and rather annoyed. One waitress brought us fried duck but literally on the way while serving it (not in the kitchen but two meters away from our table) she just picked a piece with her hand and ate it. First of all that should not be done, but also especially not if customers can see, or just with a bare hand. She could do it in the kitchen at least. It also took very long for food to arrive and the experience was just really bad. Not going there again.

Maybe it's better with a Chinese speaker, but I really don't think that should be a requirement for...

Meidet diesen Laden!!!

Um ca. Halb 9 war das Buffet bereits halb leer und es wurde seitdem nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Der Reis war ausgetrocknet, die Nudeln teilweise schon hart. Vieles ist viel zu fettig, nicht mal den Salat konnte man essen, es machte den Eindruck als hätte jemand geschmolzene Butter darüber gekippt, so fettig war er. Überall hängen Zettel auf denen steht, wenn 100 g Essen auf dem Teller zurückgehen lässt, kostet das jeweils 4 Euro, was ich eine Zumutung finde bei diesem abstoßenden Essen.

Als ich vor der leeren Box im Buffet stand, wo die Frühlingsrollen drin waren bis sie leer waren und nicht nachgefüllt wurden, kam eine Kellnerin an und hat mich mehrmals aufdringlich gefragt ob ich nicht noch gebratenes Gemüse haben möchte, welches auch leer war. Ich antwortete, dass ich stattdessen gerne noch Frühlingsrollen nehmen würde. Anschließend wurden mir Frühlingsrollen und ein riesen Teller gebratenes Gemüse auf den Tisch gestellt, was ich niemals haben wollte, aber dann aus Höflichkeit versucht habe leer zu essen und aus Angst noch eine Strafe zahlen zu müssen. Es ging aber nicht, da das Gemüse absolut ungenießbar war und ich musste es zurückgehen lassen. Immerhin wurde mir dafür keine Strafe berechnet, aber 25 Euro für so etwas zu verlangen ist ohnehin schon eine Unverschämtheit.

Die Frühlingsrollen, die ich dann bekommen habe, waren trocken und an der Oberfläche verbrannt, vermutlich weil sie alt waren und wieder warm gemacht wurden, sie waren auch deutlich kleiner als die vom Buffet also waren es vermutlich Reste vom Vortag.

Das Essen ist teilweise falsch beschriftet, zB als vegetarisch, was aber nicht vegetarisch war.

Mir ist schlecht von dem Essen. Ich habe werde diesen Laden nie wieder betreten.
