I recently dined at Coco and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the food was good and the portions were generous. The interior of the restaurant was also nicely decorated and added to the ambiance.

However, I was disappointed with the service. The waiter was very slow and we ended up waiting a long time for our food. Additionally, the service was not up to par and didn't meet my expectations.

Despite the good food and nice decor, the slow service really impacted my overall experience at Cocos. While I enjoyed my meal, the waiting time and service left a sour taste in my mouth. Ich war mit meinen 3 besten Freundinnen hier zum Abendessen verabredet. Wir hatten uns gefreut ein neues Restaurant auszuprobieren doch leider lief der Abend nicht so schön wie geplant. Als wir ankamen bestellten wir die Vorspeise und im gleichen Zug den Hauptgang mit dazu. Als die Edamamen ankamen baten wir höflich um Salz, die Bedienung meinte sie bringt es uns gleich. Leider mussten wir sie nach 10 min erneut erinnern und sie sagte in einem genervten Tonfall sie bringe es mit dem anderen Essen zusammen. Dies hat weitere 15 min gedauert. Die 2 Freundinnen erhielten mit dem Salz zusammen bereits ihren Hauptgang. Die anderen 2 Freundinnen haben nachdem sie nach 25 min immer noch nicht Ihren Hauptgang erhalten haben freundlich nachgefragt wo dieser bleibt. Die Bedingung wirkte bereits sehr genervt von uns und meinte sie schaut direkt in der Küche nach. Das war nicht der Fall, sie kassierte vorerst noch weitere Tische ab, bevor sie dann erst nach 15 min in die Küche ging. Als dann endlich mal der Hauptgang kam waren die anderen beiden schon lange fertig mit Ihrem Essen. Dieser Service war wirklich unter aller Sau. Daraufhin haben wir beschlossen zu zahlen und kein Trinkgeld zu geben. Die Stimmung der Bedienung ging wortwörtlich den Bach runter. Als wir auch noch drum baten das übrig gebliebene Essen einzupacken war sie sichtlich genervt. Anstatt direkt in die Küche zu gehen, nahm sie den Teller mit dem Sushi und machte eine Weltreise durch das ganze Lokal um dort Bestellungen aufzunehmen und dann anschließend nach 20 min in die Küche zu gehen. Nachdem wir nach den Kassenzetteln fragten kam sie nervlich schon an ihre Grenzen. Da der Preis bei einem Gericht unverschämt hoch war fragten wir nochmal nett nach, wie sich der Preis zusammensetzt. Das kam leider nicht so gut an und der Tonfall war mittlerweile so unverschämt dass sich die anderen Leute im Raum bereits umdrehten.
