The best burgers you can get. It doesn't matter which one you choose. Every one is special and tastefully balanced. The meat patties should not be ordered more than medium done because it ruins the meat flavour. And the best part is (and it is a big point), you can taste the delicious meat in the burger (if it's a meat burger of course) regardless of the toppings inside. That's the problem with all the other burger / fast food places. You can not taste anything from souces and other stuff that go into a hamburger.

With that, I always take sweet potato fries, and if I want a little bit more I opt for the coleslaw which gives a bit more freshness to the whole meal.

And one more thing. I doesn't matter if you go here in Augsburg or in the ones that are in München, you will always get the same quality food and service. I ate in all of them and was always more...

Mediocre burgers. The veggie patty doesn't taste very exciting, mostly of fat. I have the feeling that the different burgers are always missing sth. The "French" style burger e.g. is just goat's cheese, rocket and chutney. Something crunchy like a few walnuts or actual salad would have been nice for almost 15 euros. Also fries are not included and quite expensive (4,90) for a very small portion.

Drinks come straight out of the bottle without a glass. Some don't mind but I don't think it helps the atmosphere.

Chocolate mousse was not very tasty either. Fresh fruit instead of a waffle would be a better side.

The service was excellent thought. Very friendly...

This place caught my attention more than a few times and I decided to try it out. Their menu is simple and straight forward, which I really like in a burger joint. I was expecting it to not be so good, but surprisingly the overall experience was great! The bread was perfect (I have been to other places where the bread was way flaky), the beef was very decent, and the staff was pretty cool and helpful when I had some questions. Their selection is pretty diverse, but they do stick to some originals. I will for sure be back to try some of their...
