Worst experience i came 15:30 2-5-2022 and wanted to buy a frappe caramel after a long drive i have tried to do the order on smart terminal but couldn’t scan the barcode asked the employee to serve me on cash counter she refused and she asked me to do on smart terminal i tried again but didn’t work again then i came again on cash counter to serve me she came with unfriendly behaviour and served the frappe and after she finished the frappe caramel she didn’t put caramel on top when i told her she made it wrong please put caramel on top as well she refused to do it and she said we don’t do it that way she don’t know how to treat customer and respect and be helpful when i didn’t move from counter and asked her again she did put some caramel on wasn’t nice behaviour ruined my mood really disappointed never has such...

A pretty decent McDonald's restaurant conveniently located between Böblingen and Hulb. The car park is spacious, and has charging facilities for electric cars. The drive through is pretty efficient and the waiting times are shorter than with other restaurants nearby. Dine in area is quite big, and outside seating is also available. Ordering via the self-service kiosks is pretty convenient, and most of the time, the toy that the kid wants is likely to be available (unlike most other McDonald's franchises I have been to around here). We ordered Lieferando on this busy Sunday evening, the app never showed the food was being delivered so after an hour of waiting of waiting the app showed “closed for delivery” so we decided to drive down and just pick up the order. Deniesa was so sweet, she helped explained that when they get too busy to close the delivery option to keep people from waiting too long, she helped make our order so we could be on our way and even offered some compensation for our troubles.
