Bistro PomoD'oro — Restaurant in Baden-Baden

Went with a friend but I must caveat this review by saying I had a hearty breakfast and wasn't truly hungry, my friend didn't have Brea and she was truly hungry. This bistro is located within the vicinity of the town centre so depending on where you are it might involve a short walk. We visited during the non peak season so we were easily seated. I don't know if this is always the case when summer is in full swing so keep this in mind. We were offered a menu in English at request and also whether we needed the waitress to speak English. I'm fine with either German or English but my friend only spoke English. I had a starter and dessert. My friend had a vegetarian main and dessert. I was pleased with my Bruschetta and apple strudel. I didn't take the ice cream as I couldn't have that amount of dairy but it was lovely and warm! She was happy with her vegetarian ravioli main and tiramisu dessert. The waitress remained attentive. Accommodated our request for photos etc. I think you pay a tidy sum but the quality of the little I had as well as portion size was proportionate. My friend gave a thumbs up to all her dishes. All of them were beautifully presented as well. So yes I would return to try some of the mains and would highly recommend for anyone in Baden- baden...

I enjoy this restaurant every week together with my girlfriend . The service are more than lovely they engage you with a lot of hospitality and love . The food it’s more than amazing , every time delicious and constant on the flavour . This restaurant have a nice character , beautiful people and amazing food I recommended with all my trust ! Thanks to the team .

I went in looking for a pizza, but after having a seat I noticed they did not have any. This was a blessing in disguise as I would have missed out on one of the most delicious pasta dishes Ive ever had.

The staff were lovely and attentive while knowing how to give us our space.

I would recommend this over many of the other restaurants nearby(which we tried during our holiday) that were more expensive but not in the same class as...
