Cute bakery next to the smoky beer brewery. Apparently brewers discovered by accident that if a brewery was next to a bakery the beer tasted better. This is of course because of the yeast in the air but so interesting because at the time they wouldn't have known that but they figured it out anyway. Zentral in Mitten von Bamberg an einem sehr stark belebten Ort die kleine aber feine Bäckerei. Top Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr feine regionale Spezialitäten wie geschnittene Hasen oder die dort Bekannte Pfefferbrezel. Schönes Geschirr und souveräner Kaffee, geschmacklich kann man sich nicht beschweren. Die Pfefferbrezeln lege ich jedem ans Herz, die hat’s mir angetan, 10/10!
