Asia Farmhouse — Restaurant in Berlin

Ι went to this restaurant with a friend. The place was empty, but we decided to give it a chance because the space looked nice. The waiter seemed bored and brought us a menu in German, even though we told him we didn't speak the language. He eventually brought us the correct menu, but he was still very unenthusiastic.

We asked if they had ramen, and he assured us that they did. However, they ended up serving us a soup that was not only not ramen, but it was also bland and the meat was tough. There was also a noodle in the edamame that was clearly not meant to be there.

But the worst part of the experience was the staff. They were constantly talking and laughing among themselves, and they acted like they were at home. At one point, they even openly stared at us and made comments about us.

The prices were low, but the truth is that even if they paid us to eat there, we wouldn't go back . Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The food is bad, the service is worst.

The restaurant should hire more attentive and friendly staff. The food should be improved in terms of flavor and quality. The restaurant should create a more welcoming...

Some creative dishes are weird, like “Beef Satay” extra salty beef on sweet mushed potato? And the salmon on noodles? Lunch meal usually have better choices actually, but it depends time to time. The eggplant dish can be delicious, but also very oily and salty, and the chicken usually don’t have good quality. The food here in general leaves some after-taste in your mouth (perhaps not MSG, but something else that is not natural). The port ribs in 阳春面(Yangchun noodle) is good. Pai Thai is not as good as some other Thai restaurants. Dim sum sometimes bad sometimes not. The restaurant-made tea is not in good presentation, but taste is fine.

The current service from the young lady is a bit anti-social I guess. The cool guy who used to work here is gone.

Used to frequent here, as they have quite comforting food, also there’s no Chinese restaurants around (not to mention decent ones)… But now more concern about the food safety, so maybe...

Decent food as always; I am neighbour and kind of regular in this restaurant. But today ı was insulted by female asian waitresss when I first ask if they have place for us. First of all, she roasted us and told wait in harsch tone. Then had chance to sit after a long time we could order, service was slow and she was so mean all the time.Then the other male stuff felt the situation and tried to treat us with glass of sekt. Our main dish order was wrong and nothing was syncing. After the worst dinner experience we wanted to pay and leave as soon as possible, kindly the male worker said that our bill was on them so we didnt pay. At the end of the day, it was not about to have free starters and drinks, was about to have a cosy dinner. Sorry but service matters and if I am willing to pay as a customer, I deserve to be treated nice. Thanks to the male person though but...
